Fletcher Lake Cottage 2011

The four of us took a family trip to a cottage last week!
It was so much fun and we took a TON of pictures! Enjoy!
Both boys were so good all week and it was just really nice to have all of that time together.

My view from our deck...notice the glass of red

Lots of board games were played.

Such a dude

Both boys tried fishing for the first time. Let's just say they are 'hooked'. Heh.

Don't snag your brother!

G mastered the art of the paddle boat and this quickly became his favourite pasttime. I think mostly because he could do it all by himself!

T watching G in the paddle boat. Look at our view!

Awesome afternoon clouds.

Hoping to catch the big one!

This one should have been turned, oh well. You get the idea. T was a fish all week in the lake!

Like glass. The lake looked like this almost every morning. Beautiful.

P took the canoe out one morning and snapped these

I got a couple of him coming back in. Love this picture so much!

Not sure which the boys will say was their favourite activity at the cottage. Fishing, boating or the campfires we had each night. Great memories.

PJs on backwards, marshmallow in mouth - gotta love that boy!

G loved tending to the fire. He was so into it and had a great time helping.

View from our campfire. Hardly a soul in sight all week. So awesome!

There was a pond at the cottage - with frogs! The boys LOVED this!

This picture makes me smile

Our super cute cottage - from the dock.

We saw some awesome sunsets and the sky was amazing most evenings!

One night was stormy so we tried having a fire in the wood stove.

The most important thing? Marshmallows were still roasted!

Both boys read their books and P and I did a lot of reading too!

Lots of fun on the raft and in the water!

They did this every day - one would throw the ball up and the other would kick it down.

I hope we get to do this again next summer. It truly was a fun, relaxing and awesome vacation!
