Marineland 2012!

The boys had a PA day yesterday and one of the items still not crossed off our bucket list was Marineland.
So what a perfect time to go - when no one else is there and it is not sweltering hot!
We had a blast and stayed until after dinner time.

Tristan's first day of karate!

This 6 year old boy started karate this week! He loved it! He said that 45 minutes seemed a bit long but that was ok. He earned two red ribbons and can't wait to go back! Yay Tristan!

First day of school 2012!

The boys had great first days of school.
Hard to believe they are in grade 5 and 1!
It will take some time for me to adjust to not having Tristan at home with me 2 days a week.
Pretty sure he won't have to adjust at all - he loves school!

Summer re-cap - boy it was a good one!

 

 

 

 

Both boys are in full-timne school now so things have changed a bit around here. I am working one more day a week and Tristan starts karate next week. I feel lucky and so very happy to have had all of the time I did with them this summer.
I truly have it very lucky to have such a great job and generous vacation time.
