Today it was 6 degrees out and super sunny! We had a great time tobogganing at the hill at the end of our street. T. even went down by himself!

Getting ready for Valentine's Day...

This is a Valentine that G. made for me last weekend. He made one for P. and T. too. P's was the biggest, mine was a bit smaller and T's was the smallest. He surprised us with them - so sweet! Me sporting the beautiful hat that T. made this week at daycare

We're all very excited about Valentine's day here! This morning we made heart chocolates using an ice cube tray! As you can see, licking the spatula was just as fun!

Frozen falls and ice slides

We had an awesome hike today at Tiffany Falls. So. Much. Fun.
As you can see below, there were ice climbers climbing the falls. The boys thought this was very cool. And they loved hiking on the creek that was (mostly) frozen. They even found a few ice slides to play on!P. found these really cool upside down icicles.

Dart board window...

I stole this idea from another blog. Use write on/wipe off markers and draw a dart board on your window. Then let the kids see how many points they can get before the suction cup darts run out. A great way for them to use their Nerf guns!

I accidentally uploaded this video of T. holding his breath in the bath- it's G-rated so I left it on.


And this is what they decided to do with the Nerf gun after they'd played darts for a while. Ah boys, gotta love 'em!
