Fall Fair 2009

Today I took the boys to our annual fall fair. The weather started out freezing and rainy, but really brightened up!
They had a great time touring around, seeing the animals and all of the school projects that had been submitted.
We ate lunch while watching a children's group sing for us. (then they both got up and danced to the music - so great!)
This boy did not want to go on ANY rides. So he did a lot of waiting. I felt badly for him. I think he wanted to try one, but was just so unsure of what it would be like. Thankfully he was still pretty happy most of the day. (it helped that he had an infinite supply of candy corn available to him!)
This boy, on the other hand, went on a ton of rides - even super scary ones I would not go on. (however that's not saying much as I don't really like rides) He was awesome and had a great time with the friends we saw there.

This is a piece of artwork that G's grade one teacher submitted to the fair and he won a prize! We were very excited to find it.

And he was very proud to get his picture taken with it.
