Light Festival!

The boys and I celebrated the start of Christmas holidays (no school for two weeks!) by going to the Light Festival near us. It was so much fun and they thought it was so cool to be outside in the dark!

T. warming his hands. G. is basically now on fire.

Music was actually playing behind the bears

I love this one so much. I must have told T. 10 times not to climb THROUGH the light sculptures. I didn't know until I got home that I actually caught him doing it!

Great memories to start the holiday season!

Cutting down our Christmas Tree!

Heading out with his saw!

On the hunt for the best (small) tree for our little house.
Found it! It's awesome!
Farion Christmas tree 2010!

The boys went with Auntie S. for a sleepover so we're going to put the tree up, put the lights on it, so it's all ready for them to decorate tomorrow!

The Year Without A picture of Both Boys With Santa

Well our strong-willed T. made it pretty clear that he was not going to sit with Santa - and he did not! So here is my version of our Santa picture 2010! We love you T - you sure keep us hopping! G., on the other hand sat with Santa and told him what he wanted. I love his sweet smile.

The 'it's been a long time so here are a mish mash of pictures' post

G. and I on our way out to see "The Wizard Of Oz" production. T. said he 'needed' to be in the photo. G. and I had a great time! P. being a smart alec by putting his finger in front of the lens in protest of our posed picture. Oh so funny!
Delivering their Santa letters! Big exciting moment for both boys!

Our new RED front door! I love it so much! And wow is it ever less drafty there!
I think it makes our house look even cuter!
From the inside - one day we'll paint and that trim will be white! One day...

No power for 2 hours, getting ready for annual grading/show.

Great job G!
